Managed email trust workspace

VaultMail

A high-trust email product with a front door and an operator workspace behind it.

Project story

Why it exists.

VaultMail works because it has both sides of the product. The landing page explains why managed email matters for high-trust firms, while the dashboard shows how the work gets handled after the client comes in.

The dashboard is dense in the right way: compliance scores, archive queues, M365 sync state, CRM context, threat intelligence, and action rules all point toward a decision.

The result feels less like a generic cyber landing page and more like a real service system with proof, workflow, and room for live connectors.

Direction

How the idea becomes usable.

Public risk story

The front page frames email as business infrastructure, then moves visitors toward an assessment instead of vague security claims.

Trust dashboard

Evidence, compliance state, M365 signals, and archive work sit in one operator surface.

Connector-ready shape

The data model leaves room for CRM, Microsoft 365, reports, threat feeds, and governance adapters.

Hosting Path

The interface shell can host as a static front end, while real data, auth, import/export, and private records would move behind serverless routes or a managed backend.
